Publishing Jobs to SEEK

The SEEK integration is available to APAC based clients with JobCast.

Overview

This article contains directions for publishing Bullhorn jobs directly to SEEK using JobCast.

  • You can only publish one job at a time.
  • Web responses will become visible within the respective job.

You can view a list of all published jobs by selecting Published or Published by Job Board from the View drop-down on the Job List. When a job is filled, or otherwise no longer accepting candidates, you should remove the job from the job board so that no one else applies to it.

To Publish a Job to SEEK

  1. On the job record, from the Select an Action drop-down, select Publish.
  2. On the left-hand side of the Publish screen, select SEEK.
  3. From the Account drop-down, select the SEEK account you wish to publish to.
  4. Complete the required fields. There is a Copy Details from Bullhorn Job option that will copy information into the form.
  5. Click Publish.
    • When publishing a job, you receive immediate notification of the job's status. If the job could not post, the error message indicates which information is incorrect or missing, allowing you to quickly modify the information and resubmit for posting.
    • If upon publishing you see Publishing Status: Pending, this means the job was successfully sent to SEEK and SEEK is in the process of publishing the job to its own servers. It can take a few minutes and you must refresh the record before you will see Publishing Status: Completed.

A single job can be published multiple times. Please reference your SEEK agreement for pricing.

To Republish or Remove a Job on SEEK

  1. Open the Job and click Actions > Publish.
  2. Select SEEK, then select your SEEK account.
  3. A list of previous publishings for this Job are returned.
  4. Select the Actions dropdown next to a previous publishing to view, republish, or expire the ad.

Ads can now be previewed before they are published. This feature is experimental and may not always be accurate. The Preview button shows on the publish screen when creating or editing an ad. All ads automatically expire after 30 days.
