Managing Constant Contact Accounts

The instructions below outline how to connect a Constant Contact account with Bullhorn; if you don’t have an account with Constant Contact, you can sign up for one here.

You use the Constant Contact integration to push lead, candidate, and contact tearsheets into Constant Contact. Once enabled by Support, as an Administrator, you must set up the Constant Contact account, in Bullhorn, that you want your users to push information to. You access the Constant Contact tearsheet list from the Bullhorn menu, under Marketplace.

Please note that you can only link Bullhorn with one Constant Contact account at a time.


Adding a Constant Contact Account to Bullhorn

  1. On the Bullhorn Menu, under Tools, select BH Connect.
  2. Expand the Constant Contact section. If you do not see this option, contact Bullhorn Support.
  3. Click Add Account.
  4. Enter your Constant Contact login credentials.
  5. Click Log In.
  6. Click Allow.
  7. If necessary, change the name of the account (this only affects how it'll appear in Bullhorn).
  8. Click Update.
