Customizing Columns in Compliance Manager
The Compliance Manager is a centralized location for storing, tracking, and sharing candidate information. This feature streamlines the credentialing process that allows Credentialing Specialists to keep track of the requirements needed for candidates to start a placement and quickly identify areas of non-compliance. This article has information about how to customize the look of the dashboard.
Default Columns
The following fields are set up as the default columns on the dashboard and can be configured in View Layout. Users can also add or remove columns from view by selecting the Columns link on the top left of the dashboard.

The following columns must be in view for the Progress Bar to work:
- Total Requirements
- Completed
- In Progress
- Expiring Requirements
- Incomplete
Column Name | Description |
---|---|
Placement ID | The Placement ID numbers found in this column are linked and clicking it opens the Placement record. |
Candidate | Candidate names in this column contain a link to the Candidate record assigned to the Placement record. |
Placement Status | The applied status of the Placement. |
Progress Bar |
A visual representation of the progress for the Placement’s Required Credentials, including required credentials that are expiring in the next 30 days. The progress bar shows 100% complete in green and have a sliver of red signifying expiring credentials. |
Document Deadline | The deadline for having all the Placement Requirements in a Completed status. This field is accessed via the Placement record. |
Placement Start Date | The start date of the associated Placement record. |
Placement End Date | The end date of the associated Placement record. |
Owner | The owner of the Job record and is also the owner of the Placement record. This field can be configured with the “Manage Owner” action item if a user has the applicable entitlements |
Job Order | The Job numbers and names in this column contain a link that opens the Job record. |
Job Location | The selected location of the Job as defined from the Location tab on the Company record. |
Company | The Company names in this column contain a link that opens the Company record. |
Total Requirements | The numbers in this column represent the sum of the total number of Placement Requirements. |
Expiring Requirements | The numbers in this column represent the sum of the total number of Placement Requirements that are expiring. |
Incomplete | The numbers in this column represent the sum of the total number of Placement Requirements in an Incomplete status. |
In Progress | The numbers in this column represent the sum of the total number of Placement Requirements in an In Progress status. |
Completed | The numbers in this column represent the sum of the total number of Placement Requirements in a Completed status. |
