Adding and Editing Reference Questions

Reference questions are used to gather information about candidates from the references that they provide. In Bullhorn, you are able to add reference questions that display on the References tab for candidate records.

Adding and Editing Reference Questions

  1. Navigate to Menu > Tools > Reference Questions.
  2. Select Add Reference Question.
    • ​​Alternatively, select  to edit an existing question.
  3. Fill out the following fields:
    • Reference Question Text - Desired reference question
    • Sort Order - Order in which the question will display
    • Enabled - Enable or disable reference questions
  4. Select Save.
    • The question will now appear on the References tab when you add or edit a reference.
