Accessing Past Timesheets

You may need to view your past submitted timesheets to ensure you entered hours correctly, show proof of work, or a number of other reasons. Past submitted timesheets are available to view through the Timesheet tab in your Employee Portal.

Bullhorn does not store payroll information. If you are looking for pay statements or need to update direct deposit information, contact your agency directly.

  1. From inside your Employee Portal, ensure the correct assignment is selected from the top ribbon.
  2. Select the Timesheets tab.
  3. From the calendar on the left side, you can navigate to and select past weeks.
  4. Once you select a date, you can view the hours break down per day and the following information:
    • Time Period: The date range of the timesheet.
    • Timesheet Status: This will show Submitted, Approved, or Rejected.
    • Total Hours: The total hours submitted for the week.
    • Total Expenses: The total expenses submitted for the week.
