Overtime Integration Settings

Overview

This article contains information regarding the various Bill and Pay Overtime settings in the BBO / Onboarding Control Panel and how they affect placements pulling into the system via the ATS integration.

Settings

These settings can be found by accessing the Control Panel then selecting Integrations > ATS > Bullhorn.

Setting	Field Options	Description
Assignment.Rates.Override Overtime	Drop Down: Yes, No	If set to Yes, every time a placement is refreshed in BBO it will update the saved OT rate to match Bullhorn ATS. Setting this to No will allow you to change this independently of what is listed in ATS.
Assignment.Rates.Pay.Overtime Profile	Text Field: ATS Mapping	Determines the Pay OT profile for the placement to use. This determines what criteria must be met for the placement to qualify for overtime. The profile must first be set up under Admin > Overtime Rules. The ATS field has to have the exact name of the OT profile to be used in BBO. Note: The Bill profile and the Pay profile cannot both pull from the same ATS field. A separate field must be made in ATS for each. Assignment.Rates.Pay.Overtime Multiplier must be blank for this to pull in. If left blank, this will default to the value under Control Panel > Settings > Defaults > Assignment.Overtime Rule.
Assignment.Rates.Pay.Overtime Multiplier	Text Field: Number	If a value is entered into this field, it will ignore the mapping set in Assignment.Rates.Pay.Overtime Profile and instead calculate the OT as base rate multiplied by this value.
Assignment.Rates.Pay.Overtime Rate	Text Field: ATS Mapping	The amount that the placement is set to be paid once the criteria for OT has been met.
Assignment.Rates.Bill.Overtime Profile	Text Field: ATS Mapping	Determines the bill OT profile for the placement to use. The profile must first be set up under Admin > Overtime Rules. The Bill profile and the Pay profile cannot both pull from the same ATS field. A separate field must be made in ATS for each. If left blank, this will default to the value under Control Panel > Settings > Defaults > Assignment.Overtime Rule. Assignment.Rates.Bill.Overtime Multiplier must be blank for this to pull in.
Assignment.Rates.Bill.Overtime Multiplier	Text Field: Number	If a value is entered into this field, it will ignore the mapping set in Assignment.Rates.Bill.Overtime Profile and instead calculate the OT as base rate multiplied by this value.
Assignment.Rates.Bill.Overtime Rate	Text Field: ATS Mapping	The amount that will be billed out once the criteria for OT has been met.
Assignment.Rates.Overtime.OT Exemption	Drop Down: Set OT and DT fields to be the same Ignore this field Set overtime rule to be no overtime	This setting determines how BBO treats placements which are exempt from accruing overtime, which can be useful to adjust how OT is tracked by reports such as the Placement by Gross Margin Report: Set the OT and DT fields to be the same as the base rate. Prevent the system from making automatic adjustments based on exempt status. Automatically set OT rule on placement to No Overtime.
Assignment.Rates.Overtime.No Overtime On Same Rate	Drop Down: Yes, No	Determines behavior of BBO when the base rate and the OT rate are the same. If this is set to Yes, then it will override the Assignment.Rates.Overtime.Revert to Default setting and set the placement to be Exempt.
Assignment.Rates.Overtime.Revert to Default	Drop Down: Yes, No	If this is set to Yes, the system will automatically set the overtime rule to the default rule when the bill rate changes accordingly. For custom overtime profile mappings, this setting must be set to Yes and Control Panel > Settings > Defaults > Assignment.Overtime Rule must be set to "Exempt." (Or "No Overtime")
