Accessing BH4SF VMS Sync Submittals

1. To access VMS A vendor management system is a web-based application that aggregates available jobs from multiple companies and is used by recruiters to see what jobs need filling. Sync Submittals in Bullhorn for Salesforce (BH4SF), you must first make sure you have processed the Job A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement..
   • The Job is processed when it is moved to a Closing Report Fifth Stage of Job placement flow, a Candidate that reaches the Closing Report Placement stage has been assigned to a job. In BH4SF, a 'Closing Report' is a record that captures all the information related to the newly filled position (name of Candidate, position, salary, start date, which recruiter gets credit for the hire etc.) status. 2. Navigate to the Jobs A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement. tab.
3. Select your desired job.
   • To find the desired job, click the dropdown under Jobs. You can select the job from the list or search for it by entering a search term into the Search lists... field.
