Email Settings and Signature

Note: To take advantage of the features mentioned in this documentation, your Org needs to be using Package Version 7.16 or newer. See Release Notes for more details about which features were introduced in each release. If you would like to upgrade to the current release, contact Bullhorn for Salesforce Support.

Overview

You can customize your outgoing email settings to specify the name that appears and add an optional signature. You can also specify a return address and opt to automatically send BCC emails to yourself.

My Email Settings

  1. Navigate to your Personal Settings.
  2. Go to Settings.

  3. On the left side of the page, select the Email menu item to display its submenu.
  4. Choose My Email Settings.

  5. Type the name that you want to appear on the outgoing email from Bullhorn for Salesforce.
  6. Type the email address you want to use as a return address.
  7. Leave the Automatic Bcc radio button defaults to Yes if you want to be automatically BCC'd on emails sent from Bullhorn for Salesforce.
  8. Add an optional Email Signature.
  9. Save your settings.

These settings affect only emails sent directly from Salesforce.
