Global Actions Overview

Use Global Actions to log call details, create or update records, or send email, all without leaving the page you are on. You have quick access to the most frequent Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud actions.

1. Navigate to Global Actions icon.
   

You can accomplish a lot of different actions with global quick actions:

• New Event A Salesforce term used to describe an activity that involves invitations being sent out and calendar appointments being made.
• Log a Call
• New Task
• Email
• New Note
• Resume Parser
