Overview

Bullhorn for Salesforce helps you organize all the information you need for a smooth recruiting process and enables you to prepare and post JobsClosed A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement. directly to external JobClosed A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement. Posting Jobs to External Job Boards

External Job Posting enables you to post, update, or un-post jobs to external Job Boards. The Job posting is viewed outside of Bullhorn for Salesforce.

  1. Navigate to Job.
  2. Go to the desired Job Name.
  3. Go to the Details tab and scroll down to the External Job Posting section.
  4. Review and adjust the External Job Title.
  5. Mark the Post Externally check box.
  6. Review the External Job DescriptionClosed The text that contains all the information related to an open job position (responsabilities, requirements, skills, years of experience etc) and format the text if needed.
  7. Save your changes.

Available Job Boards

To view the Job Boards connected to the Bullhorn for Salesforce system:

  1. Navigate to Search and Match.
  2. Go to External Source Administration.
  3. View your connected Job Boards.

Bullhorn for Salesforce supports individual logins for certain Job Boards and business networks. Contact your System Administrator or the Bullhorn for Salesforce Support Team for further information.

Logic Melon & Broadbean Integrations

Bullhorn for Salesforce takes advantage of external job distribution tools, such as Broadbean and Logic Melon to help distribute Job Postings to multiple external Job Boards at one time. Job Distribution Tools are connected to several different Job Boards.
