Admin: Configure Separate Power Notes Power Share Subjects

1. Pull the Show Only For picklist on Power Notes Subject Configuration page layout.
2. Go to the Power Notes Subjects tab.
3. What you do next depends on if there is an existing record or not:
   • Existing Record: Click on the Power Notes Subject intended to be shown only for Power Notes or Power Shares.
   • New Record: Start from scratch by creating a new Power Notes Subject record.
4. Go to the Related tab on that record.
   • The Power Notes Subject Configurations related list.
5. Create a new Power Notes Subject Configurations record or Edit an existing Power Notes Subject Configurations record as follows:
   • To display the subject in both Power Notes/Power Shares:
     • Set the Show Only For field to None.
   • To display subject only for Power Notes:
     • Set the Show Only For field to Power Notes
   • To display subject only for Power Shares:
     • Set the Show Only For field to Power Shares
