Special Characters Preserved in Document File Names

We resolved an issue where document file names in the Resume Manager did not consistently handle special characters in candidateClosed A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. names. Previously, when a candidate's name contained characters such as hyphens or apostrophes (for example, "O'Brien" or "Smith-Jones"), the file name displayed in the UI would include these characters but the actual saved file name would strip them out.

Now, special characters in candidate names are preserved consistently in both the displayed file name and the saved file name. When you edit and save a document through the Resume Manager component, the resulting file name accurately reflects the candidate's name as it appears in the system.
