Email Editor's "Sender Address": Add Support for User/Profile Level Configuration of “Email Editor Settings” Custom Setting

If the “Alternative Sender Address” feature is enabled, admins can now leverage the settings in “Email Editor Settings” custom setting or User/Profile level configuration instead of just Org-wide level.
