Source! helps users to:
- Find hard-to-find talent in external sources, first
- Save time by offering a seamless experience
- Source more efficiently
The Textkernel Source! UI can be accessed through the External Candidates tab in the TK Portal. Source! is only accessible with the TK Portal UI. This UI offers the following features:
- SSO. The Salesforce Org authenticates into TK Portal, which then authenticates into all the external searchers
- Importing candidates through the new Textkernel Automation API
- Custom styling to match branding
