Adding a New Discount Rate Version

Overview

Discount Rate versioning allows you to update an existing discount rate that allows the new rate to go into effect on a specified date without having to apply a brand new rate to records.

Steps

  1. Navigate to a company record and select the Discount Rates tab.
  2. From the Discount Rate list, choose the rate you wish to update with a new version.
  3. Select New Version + to the right of the screen.
    • The existing rate's details will be copied.
  4. Enter in a new effective date for the updated rate.
  5. Update the rest of the fields as needed.
  6. Once finished, click Save to confirm your changes.
