Form Building Guide
Forms are configurable pages that allow Admins to map information captured in Bullhorn Onboarding into an existing PDF. The following sections make up the Forms section:
- Onboarding Forms:The Onboarding Forms include Core eDocs, Client eDocs, Quizzes, File Uploads and Paper Sign Docs.
- Form
Any document that needs to be completed and signed by a Candidate Library:The Form Library mainly contains Federal and State forms. Most of the forms in this section are blueprints that are maintained by BH Onboarding.
The applicant experience will be a series of questions and their answers are put in the correct fields of the form that they can then sign.
Form creation and management allows self service flexibility for any admin users in BH Onboarding. Utilize the documentation in this section for instruction on best practices.
