Form Library
The Form Any document that needs to be completed and signed by a Candidate Library is made up of blueprints that are created and maintained by BH Onboarding.
The types of forms in the form library are categorized by:
- Federal: Contains universal federal forms (I-9 Form I-9 to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States., Federal Tax (W-4), etc)
- State: Contains state/ province specific forms (TDI, State Tax, etc)
- General: Contains commonly used generic forms (Driver's License, Emergency Contact, Education History, etc)
- 3rd Party: Contains forms used with integrations (ADP, WOTC, Checkr, Equifax, etc)
Local tax forms are not managed through blueprints by BH Onboarding.
