Configuration
By expanding the Configuration section on the left side menu there is a list of options available for the the Admin to use for updating system configuration.
Settings
Clicking on Settings will bring up a sub-menu of the Company Settings available for configuration. These include the following:
- Users - Shows a list of any pending or active users. It also allows for the management of user permissions and adding/deleting users.
- Locations - Shows a list of all the branches for the company. The Primary location will be highlighted at the top of the page. Locations are typically used to divide data between users.
- Branding - Allows the colors and logos present on the Applicant (or Candidate or Talent) Customer talent - the person applying or hired for the job Portal and emails to be customized.
- System Settings - Systems settings is made up of the following sections:
- Careers Portal - Allows management of job postings, alerts and other settings
- Online Application - Setup instructions, multi-language support, and application preferences are found here
- Onboarding - Allows the configuration of system instructions, alerting, I-9 Form I-9 to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States. Form Any document that needs to be completed and signed by a Candidate, and other screening options
- Form I-9 & E-Verify An online system that confirms the eligibility of an Employee to work in the United States. The process compares information entered by an employer from an employee’s Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to records available to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration to confirm employment eligibility. - Use this section to configure the I-9 Form and E-Verify
- Employee Portal - Set up the portal for self service updates, pay/tax history and other settings
- Engage - Allows the management of settings around the engage process
- Notifications - The management of settings surrounding notifications and alerts is done here.
- General Settings - Miscellaneous system settings
- Workflow Manager The internal (Recruiter) experience of Onboarding Talent Platform: Settings for the Workflow Manager console are found here.
- Legacy 1.0 Settings - Settings for the original 1.0 features and will be phased out.
- Integrations - Shows the ATS integrated with Onboarding. This portion is set up during implementation.
- Translations - Allows for the enablement of different languages for applications and the change of verbiage in the system.
