Handling Erasure Requests in Talent Platform
If your organization receives an erasure request from talent, Bullhorn Support will assist in completing the process. Follow these steps below to ensure the request is handled efficiently.
Submit a Support Ticket

Visit the Bullhorn Talent Platform Support Center and open a new support ticket.
- Include the following information in your ticket:
- The ID of the talent record in Talent Platform.
- The full name of the individual as recorded in Talent Platform.
- The email address or mobile phone number associated with the talent record.
Support Timeline
Bullhorn Support will handle the request and complete the erasure process within 30 days of receiving the ticket.
The erasure process ensures that all personal data associated with the talent is securely removed from the system while adhering to applicable legal requirements.
How it Works
Bullhorn Technical Support Engineers perform a complete purge of requested data from the database.
