Matching Credentials With Credential Requirements
Managing candidate credentials effectively is important for ensuring compliance and making informed hiring decisions. Bullhorn provides tools to help you match candidate credentials with the specific credential requirements of a job. This guide walks you through the process.
Compliance Manager is the preferred location for managing credentials for placements.

Steps
These steps cover the Credential Requirement Requirement a Candidate needs to be placed in a Job (e.g., a test, documentation evidence, or license) list as that’s the centralized location to view all Credential

- From the Bullhorn menu, navigate to
- You can filter this list, add additional columns, and save favorite searches to run them at a later time.
> . - Locate a Credential Requirement that has not been matched with a Credential.
- Use the Candidate Credential Status column to see if a Credential has been matched. If it’s Incomplete, a Credential has not been matched.
- Use the Placement
The relationship between a hiring organization, Job opportunity, and a Candidate; describes an employee’s potential or current job within an organization and Job Submission columns to see where the Credential Requirement is needed. If those columns are blank, it’s likely a Candidate Credential Requirement.
- Click the binoculars icon to open the slideout.
- Click within the Candidate Credential field, select the necessary Credential, and click Save.
- If you accidentally match the wrong Credential, click the binoculars icon to open the slideout and click the X next to the Candidate Credential field.
