Approval Reports
If you are set up as a time approver in
, you will be emailed a link to the Approval Application. The application provides access to reporting for historical timesheet data and missing timesheets, even if you have already approved time for the week. Use the steps below to run a report.- Click Reports in the top menu bar.
- Choose the report you would like to run:
- Missing Time Sheet Report: This report will display all employees that have not entered time for the week. This report can be generated by Week Ending Date or Date Range.
- Historical Time Sheet Report: This report will display all time that has been entered and/or approved within the specified time frame. This report can be generated by Week Ending Date or by Employee.
- Missing Time Sheet Report: This report will display all employees that have not entered time for the week. This report can be generated by Week Ending Date or Date Range.
