Access Troubleshooting
If you are set up as a time approver in
, you will be emailed a link to the Approval Application. No username or password is required.The Approval Application is accessible by clicking Approve Timesheets in the Time Approval Request email. If the application does not open after clicking Approve Timesheets, follow the steps below.
General Troubleshooting
- Copy and paste the long link from the email into the address bar in your browser.
- If the application still doesn't open, clear your browsing history. Then click Approve Timesheets from your email again.
- Your past history may interfere and send you to a website you have previously visited instead of the Approval Application. Clearing your browsing history can remove the old details that might prevent you from accessing the Approval Application.
- If you are still unable to access the application, contact Bullhorn Support.
Error Message Troubleshooting
If you receive an error message stating, "Response Time has Expired," don't worry. Time Approval Request links only remain active for a limited period. An updated link to access the Approval Application will be automatically sent shortly.
