Troubleshooting Approval Email Delivery

Approval emails are sent if there is unapproved time for the approver, and are delivered based on the schedule set up for the branch. The emails are sent from donotreply@peoplenet-us.com or donotreply@bte.bullhornstaffing.com. Use the steps below to troubleshoot issues with receiving approval email reminders from Bullhorn Time & Expense (BTE).

  1. If you haven't receive the approval emails, check your spam folder. Due to the links in these emails, some systems view them as spam.
  2. If the approval emails are not in your spam folder, they may be blocked by your company's email system. Make sure that the following email addresses are on the email system's allow list:
    • Companies on SL1: donotreply@peoplenet-us.com
    • Companies on SL2donotreply@bte.bullhornstaffing.com
    • Approvers who need to receive BTE Reports: support@peoplenet-us.com.
  3. If you still don't receive approval emails after adding these addresses to the allow list, reach out to BTE Support. They can track the emails to ensure they are being delivered.
