Add Fields to Application V2 Object for VMS Sync Submittals for Jobscience

To use VMS Sync Submittals for Jobscience, you will need to add the necessary fields needs to the Application V2 object.

There's no need to select a CandidateClosed with this option. This is a sub record so the candidate is already submitted to the jobClosed. Clicking Submit from here launches the sub form without showing the Select A Candidate modal you'd typically see when submitting from the Job record.

Warning! Make sure you have added the VMS Submittals Button to the Application V2 object- it is ok if it is entered under a slightly different name (Example: VMS Submittal vs Submit to VMS). If it hasn't yet been added, please do so following the directions in VMS Sync Submittals for Jobscience Button Creation.

Navigate to Setup > Object Manager > Application V2 > Fields & Relationships.
In the Quick Find, enter "Fyre" to make sure it exists.
- If you do not see Fyre Sync Requisition, you need to add it. For details, see Add Fyre Sync Requisition for Application V2 in VMS Sync Submittals for Jobscience.
In the Quick Find, enter "CandidateId" to make sure it exists.
- If you do not see CandidateId, you need to add it. For details, see Add CandidateId for Job for VMS Sync Submittals for Jobscience.
In the Quick Find, enter "FyreSyncApplication" to make sure it exists.
- If you do not see FyreSyncApplication, you need to add it. For details, see Add FyreSyncApplication for Application V2 for VMS Sync Submittals for Jobscience.
