What's new?

The Amplify Screener has been redesigned to display resume match and screening interview scores as separate, clearly labeled components, rather than a single composite score.

Why does it matter?

When a candidate receives a low overall score, it's not always clear whether their resume was a poor fit for the role or their screening responses were weak. Surfacing these two dimensions separately gives recruiters the context they need to make faster, more confident decisions about which candidates warrant a closer look.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically available for all customers using Amplify Screener with Bullhorn Automation Amplify Edition as of April 21st. No configuration is required. For more information, see Screening Summary.
