How to Add a Candidate to a List

On your candidate results page, at the bottom of each tile there is an Add to List button. You'll also find this button at the bottom left of a candidate profile. Clicking this button allows you to add that candidate straight into a new or existing list without using a job board credit.

Tip: We recommend using this feature to long-list your candidates.

Once you've created a list you can add candidates straight into the list and colour-code them. You can set a candidate as green, amber, or red depending on their suitability for the role.

How to Manage your Lists

Navigating to the Lists icon on the blue banner on the left side of your SourceBreaker screen will allow you to manage your lists. From here, you can create a brand new list and manage existing lists, including sharing your lists with your team.

Sharing your Lists

You can share any of your lists with a colleague by navigating to the Lists tab in the blue banner on the left side of your screen. Hover over the list you wish to share, and you'll see a Share icon on the right side. From here, you can decide if you'd like to give your colleague edit rights to your list, or just the ability to view.

  • Can View means the person you're sharing your list with can only view the candidates inside of it. They cannot make any edits or add/remove candidates to or from the list.
  • Can Edit will give the person you're sharing with full editing rights to the list. They can add, remove, and colour-code candidates on the list.

As the owner of the list, you can remove anyone from your list at any time.
