Position Search Criteria

This article outlines position search criteria on the Position List page.

You can use the search criteria fields at the top of the screen to filter positions during your position searches. These fields include information pulled from the VMS, processing activity within VMS Sync, and the information you set on the account and credential.

ATS

  • ATS ID: This value corresponds with the value in ATS.

Customer-specific Info

This information is available in VMS Sync and is specific to the customer:

  • Credential

  • VMS Type

  • Account

Requisition Info from VMS

Each of these fields are derived from a value in the VMS:

  • Req ID

  • Req Status

  • Description (Contains)

  • Title (Contains)

  • Position Type

VMS Sync processing

These values come from various processes occurring in VMS Sync:

  • Created Start

  • Created End

  • Updated Start

    • This field is filled in by default when you open the Position List page. It defaults to the date 60 days ago.

  • Updated End

  • Ignore

  • Status

Medical

These fields are generally specific to medical positions:

  • Med Type

  • Med Speciality

  • Company (Contains)
