ACA Healthcare Activity Report

This report shows all ACA (Affordable Care Act) activities by corporation during a specific date range. You can also limit the report to specific ACA activities (e.g., Accept, Cancellation, Decline, etc.).

  1. AccessReporting > Reporting & Analytics > System Reports > Management.
  2. Double-click on ACA Healthcare Activity Report to open the workflow view in a new window.
  3. While updating the form, fields marked in red are required to complete the workflow. Click on the buttons to the right of certain fields to open a new window which will allow you to search and select options related to that specific field or choose a date.
  4. REQUIRED: Use the droplist to select a Corporation .

  5. REQUIRED: In theDate Typefield, use the lookup to select the type of date you want to search on. You can select the following date types:

    • Coverage Begin or End Date
    • Create Date
    • Decline Date
    • No Offer Date
    • Notification Date
    • Offer Date
  6. REQUIRED: Use the Date Range fields to select the beginning and end date of your search. The left most field should have the begin date and the right most field, the end date.
  7. OPTIONAL: In the Activity Type field, use the lookup icon to select the specific ACA activity for which you want a report.

  8. Click Confirm to generate a copy of the report you can view or print. Click Export to Excel to send the data in the report to an Excel spreadsheet.

  9. The header displays the report name, corporation, date type and dates specified in the workflow.
  10. The data is presented by employee within the corporation and displays the employee name, activity create date, ACA activity, explanation, date type, date of the activity and created by user.
  11. The report is totaled by the number of activities for the corporation and then lists the total amounts for each type of activity.
