The Report

The report is grouped by Division, then Branch, then Timecard Status and finally by Candidate/Timecard. The report is sorted by Timecard #.

Basic information displayed includes the Candidate Name, Social Security #, Week Ending Date, Client and the Job Order/Assignment number.

Detailed information includes the Timecard #, Pay Type, Pay Hrs, Pay Rate, Pay Total, Bill Hours, Bill Rate and Bill Total.

Grand Totals for Pay Hours, Pay Rate, Pay Total, Bill Hours, Bill Rate and Bill Total are given at the end of the report.

The report also indicates when the following conditions apply:

  • Timecard contains automatically calculated meal premium (only applies to In/Out timecards with a Worksite State of California).
  • Timecard contains missing time out or time in on at least one day within the period (only applies to In/Out timecards).
  • Timecard contains one or more expense related paybill codes included on the timecard.

If the timecard contains automatically calculated meal premium pay of 1-hour added to one or more days, an asterisk (*) is placed next to the paybill code (Pay Type column) on the timecard's row. This only applies if the Worksite State is California and it is an In/Out timecard.

If the timecard is missing one or more time-in or time-out entries for days with hours or breaks, a question mark (?) is placed next to the paybill code (Pay Type column) on the timecard's row. This applies only to In/Out timecards.

If the timecard contains one or more expense related paybill codes, a plus sign (+) is placed next to the paybill code (Pay Type column) on the timecard's row. This applies to any state and any timecard format.
