My Adapt: Journal Report
This report displays all Journal activity performed within the specified date range by the specified User, or any one of the specified entity. If no User is specified, then Journal entries for the current logged in User will be displayed.
Filtering Criteria
Upon selecting the Journal report, the following filtering options are presented:
- From/To: Specifies the date range for the journal entries you want to view. This is based on the journal entry creation date.
- Branches: Use the drop list to only view journals associated with a specific branch.
- Users: Use the drop list to only view journal associated with a specific user.
- Candidate: Specify/Search the name of a Candidate.
- Contact: Specify/Search the name of a Contact.
- Company: Specify/Search the name of a Company.
- Job: Specify/Search for a Job title.
- Assignment: Specify/Search for an Assignment.
The From/To, Branches and Users fields use AND logic. Therefore, if you select a date range and a user, the journal entry must match BOTH criteria to appear on the report.
The Users and the rest of the fields (Candidate, Contact, Company, Job andAssignment) use OR logic. Therefore, you must need to specify either User or any one of the other entities.
The Journal Report
The report displays all journal entries based on the filtering criteria. It is sorted with the newest journal entry at the beginning of the report and the oldest journal entry at the end of the report.
You can choose to either Export or Print the report.
For each entry, the following is displayed:
- Date/Time
- Workflow Name
- Links (records associated with the journal entry)
- User (initials of the user who performed the workflow)
- Notes (if any)
- Documents (if any)
