My Adapt: Text Recruiting

Text Recruiting allows you to distribute messages to individuals/groups from Adapt for records not existing in Adapt, using the Text-Em-ALL texting/broadcast application.

The Text Recruiting screen provides direct access to the Text-Em-ALL application without requiring to leave Adapt, and allows to view text conversations and/or start new conversation.

In order to have access to the Text-Em-ALL application within Text Recruiting screen, the following pre-requisites will have to be met:

• User should have Text-Em-ALL integrated as Texting partner.
• At least one Text-Em-ALL user account should be set up under Administration > Administration > General Administration > Manage Partner Integrations > User Account Setup. See User Account Setup.

While adding the Text-Em-ALL account, the User ID entered should be the one received from Text-Em-ALL. The User ID will be the number from which messages will be sent.

• Adapt user requiring access should be added to the Text-Em-ALL user account.

If any of the above pre-requisite is not met, a message stating "Text Recruiting has not been enabled for this user account. Please activate this feature or see your system administrator." is displayed restricting the user's access to the Text-Em-ALL application.
