Mass Telecommunications

This segment will list all mass telecommunication broadcasts sent to the candidate.

1. Select Mass Telecommunications in the segments drop-list at the top of the record.
2. The segment lists all broadcasts processed against the candidate’s record.
3. To view the record click on the Broadcast # link in the list box.
4. Broadcasts are created via the Send Broadcast workflow located in the Candidate Batch Activities menu in the saved results segment.
5. Select a record and click the Update Status button below the list box; it will refresh the segment and display the candidate’s survey result and the status of the broadcast message selected.
