Amplify Tab

The Amplify tab brings key insights and recommended actions directly into your Candidate, Contact, and Job records. It highlights recent activity, surfaces useful context, and suggests the next steps you can take.

Accessing the Amplify Tab

To access the Amplify tab, simply open a Candidate, Contact, or Job record and select Amplify from the list of tabs.

Candidate & Contact Amplify Tab

On Candidate and Contact records, the Amplify tab provides:

• Dashboard: View recent activity with emphasis on outreach activity

• Communication: Review recent communication in detail.

• Active Outreach Campaigns: Track current Outreach campaigns and next steps.

• Suggested Actions: Launch Amplify-recommended actions.

• Outreach: Add the Candidate or Contact to an available Outreach campaign.

Job Amplify Tab

On Job records, the Amplify tab provides:

• Job Progress: Monitor the status of each step in the hiring process.

• Candidates in Screener: View all candidates being screened for the job, including their progress and score.

• Suggested Actions: Launch Amplify-recommended actions.

• Screening Questions: Review the screening questions generated for the job.
