This section brings together all the ways you can use Bullhorn Analytics with Amplify. Together, these features give you flexible options to track the metrics that matter most to your business.
Build Analytics Dashboards with Amplify
This feature is currently in early access.
With Amplify, you can create custom dashboard panels simply by describing what you want to see. For example:
-
Show me a list of all jobs opened last month.
-
What were our total placements for the last quarter?
-
Show a pie chart of our top clients by revenue.
Powered by Bullhorn’s large language model (LLM
An AI language model (or LLM) is a system trained on large amounts of text that can read, interpret, and generate human-sounding language. Amplify uses one to read your Bullhorn records and produce output based on the prompts you configure. It does not search the internet or access outside data on is own. It only works with what you give it.), this feature makes building dashboards simple and accessible, especially for new or occasional users who may not be familiar with the process.
For step-by-step guidance, see Using Amplify to Build Analytics Dashboard Panels.

Bullhorn Analytics also includes prebuilt dashboards that provide insights into Amplify usage:

-
