Amplify in Bullhorn Analytics

This section brings together all the ways you can use Bullhorn Analytics with Amplify. Use Amplify within Analytics to build custom panels with simple, conversational requests, or explore prebuilt dashboards that provide quick insights into Amplify and AI usage. Together, these features give you flexible options to track the metrics that matter most to your business.

Build Analytics Dashboards with Amplify

This feature is available to users with Bullhorn Amplify and Analytics Enterprise Edition. To enable it, contact Bullhorn Support.

With Amplify, you can create custom dashboard panels simply by describing what you want to see. For example:

  • Show me a list of all jobs opened last month.

  • What were our total placements for the last quarter?

  • Show a pie chart of our top clients by revenue.

Powered by Bullhorn’s large language model (LLMClosed An AI language model (or LLM) is a system trained on large amounts of text that can read, interpret, and generate human-sounding language. Amplify uses one to read your Bullhorn records and produce output based on the prompts you configure. It does not search the internet or access outside data on is own. It only works with what you give it.), this feature makes building dashboards simple and accessible, especially for new or occasional users who may not be familiar with the process.

Amplify Analytics Dashboards

Bullhorn Analytics also includes prebuilt dashboards that provide insights into Amplify usage:

  • Amplify Screen Dashboard: Monitor Amplify Screen performance, including the most recent screens, completed screens by job or vacancy owner, and screening minutes per day.

  • Amplify Digital Worker Activity Tracking Dashboard: Track Digital Worker activity counts across your organization, broken down by skill, within a specific time frame.

  • Amplify Impact Dashboard: Monitor how Amplify AI activity is affecting your recruitment performance. Use it to compare AI-assisted and non-AI activity across your recruiting funnel, track placement outcomes by Amplify skill, and identify which teams and recruiters are driving AI-assisted results.
