Build Analytics Dashboards with Amplify

This feature is currently in early access.

With Amplify, you can create custom dashboard panels simply by describing what you want to see. For example:

  • Show me a list of all jobs opened last month.

  • What were our total placements for the last quarter?

  • Show a pie chart of our top clients by revenue.

Powered by Bullhorn’s large language model (LLMClosed An LLM, or Large Language Model, is a deep learning model that has been pre-trained on vast amounts of data and is used to power generative AI.), this feature makes building dashboards simple and accessible, especially for new or occasional users who may not be familiar with the process.

Amplify Analytics Dashboards

Bullhorn Analytics also includes prebuilt dashboards that provide insights into Amplify and AI usage:

  • AI Assistant Dashboard: Track metrics related to your team’s AI Assistant usage, such as prompts generated by user, prompt activity by entity, and the breakdown of default versus custom prompts over time.

  • Screening Dashboard: Monitor Amplify Screening performance, including the most recent screens, completed screens by job or vacancy owner, and screening minutes per day.
