Amplify Chat is your conversational AI interface for Bullhorn.

In a single chat window you can query, analyze, and act on information across your entire Bullhorn environment.

Like ChatGPT or Claude, it uses a Large Language Model (LLMClosed An AI language model (or LLM) is a system trained on large amounts of text that can read, interpret, and generate human-sounding language. Amplify uses one to read your Bullhorn records and produce output based on the prompts you configure. It does not search the internet or access outside data on is own. It only works with what you give it.) to understand and respond to natural-language questions. But unlike record-level Amplify Assistant, which focuses on a single record, Amplify Chat operates across multiple records and data sources, helping you uncover insights that span your business.

Use Amplify Chat to:

  • Analyze data across companies, candidates, and jobs

  • Summarize multiple records or trends

  • Generate reports or insights based on real-time data

  • Combine Bullhorn ATS, Analytics, job feeds, and web sources in a single conversation

 

Amplify Chat is ideal for questions that span multiple records or data sources, such as company or job trends.

For tasks focused on a single record, like summarizing a candidate or creating a personalized check-in message, use record-level Amplify Assistant instead.
