Accessing Bullhorn Launch

Bullhorn Launch is your learning management system (LMS) and training hub for Bullhorn. It provides guided learning paths, e-learning, and training videos to help you and your team maximize your Bullhorn investment. All customers with an active subscription have free access to Bullhorn Launch.

Common Access Scenarios for Bullhorn Launch

Admins and users turn to Bullhorn Launch for training resources, guided learning, and skill development. Access and login issues may happen. Below are the most frequent scenarios where people need support.

  • A new user or new hire can’t access Bullhorn Launch.
  • Employees can’t see or access training videos or learning paths.
  • Learning Hub login fails or displays an error.
  • Access needs to be granted or re-synced for new starters.
  • You want to confirm a bulk Learning Hub access request.
  • The Hub isn’t showing training resources or e-learning content.

How to Log In

The Bullhorn Hub itself won't show training resources or e-learning content.

Log into Launch for our training experience.

  1. Log in to Bullhorn ATS.

  2. Click Help in the top navigation.

  3. Select Visit Bullhorn Launch link.

Troubleshooting Access Issues

If you or your team can’t access Bullhorn Launch, here are the most common causes and steps to try:

  • New user cannot access Launch: Confirm the user has a valid Bullhorn account and is listed as an active employee.

  • Learning Hub login not working: Try logging in from Bullhorn ATS with the Help > Visit Bullhorn Launch path. Clear cookies/cache if stuck in a loop.

  • Training Hub not available: Verify you’re logging in from a production environment, not a Sandbox/NPE.

  • Access needed for new hire: Ask your Account or Support Contact to submit a request to Bullhorn Support to grant access.

  • Bulk access requests: Admins can request access for multiple new hires through Bullhorn Support.
