Set Up a Branded Career Portal

Branded Career Portal Posting can be used if you have multiple brands and multiple job portal pages.

Please contact Bullhorn Support to enable this feature. Once enabled, you may add in your individual brands by using the below steps.

Note: Setting up a branded career portal will give you the option of which portal to publish to. A developer will need to set up filtering on each OSCP site for jobs to filter by specific brands.
  1. From your Bullhorn Menu, select BH Connect.
    • S-Release: From your Tools menu, select BH Connect.
  2. Expand Branded Career Portal Posting.
  3. Select Add Account.
  4. Fill in the Account Name.
  5. Select which Departments and/or Users should have access to publish to this brand.
  6. For the Career Portal Domain Root, enter in the URL where jobs for that brand will be posted on your website.
    • The URL should contain a job ID placeholder '{?}' and be in the following format: http://acmestaffing.com/jobs/{?}
      • Both Custom and Open Source Career Portals are supported, but the ID placeholder in the URL must refer to a Bullhorn job id.

  7. Click Update.

Repeats Steps 3-7 for each subsequent brand.

Once the setup is completed, the brands act like individual career portals where you can, on a per brand basis.
