Managing JobCast Accounts

Only available for US & Canada-based clients. Requires JobCast.

Use JobCast to manage job board posting accounts such as Monster and CareerBuilder.

Adding and managing JobCast accounts allows users to post jobs, control access, and manage connected job board credentials.

Common Reasons to Manage JobCast Accounts:

You may need to add, edit, or delete a JobCast account when:

  • You need to give users access to post jobs to Monster or CareerBuilder.

  • You’ve changed the username or password associated with a job board account.

  • You want to update user or department permissions for posting via JobCast.

  • You need to import or refresh your BrandBuilder list from CareerBuilder.

  • You want to remove an old or inactive job board account that’s no longer in use.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have the following:

  • JobCast enabled for your environment (contact Bullhorn Support if it isn’t).

  • Login credentials for the job board you’re connecting (Monster or CareerBuilder).

  • User or department permissions ready if you want to limit who can post jobs.

Accessing JobCast

Once JobCast is enabled, you can access it from your Bullhorn menu.

To open JobCast:

  • Bullhorn Novo: From your Bullhorn menu, select BH Connect > JobCast.

  • S-Release: From the Tools menu, select BH Connect > JobCast.

Add a Jobcast Account for Monster

  1. Select BH ConnectJobCast.

  2. Expand Monster.

  3. Select Add Account.

  4. Complete the fields:

    • Account Name: Enter a unique name to identify this account (useful if you have multiple accounts per vendor).

    • Username: Enter the username provided by Monster.

    • Password: Enter the password provided by Monster.

  5. Under Departments and/or Users, choose who can post jobs to Monster.

  6. Click Update to save.

Add a JobCast Account for CareerBuilder

  1. Select BH ConnectJobCast.

  2. Expand CareerBuilder.

  3. Select Add Account.

  4. Complete the fields:

    • Account Name: Enter a unique name to identify this account (useful if you have multiple accounts per vendor).

    • Username: Enter the username provided by CareerBuilder

    • Password:Enter the password provided by CareerBuilder.

  5. Under Departments and/or Users, choose who can post jobs to Monster.

  6. Click Update to save.

Edit a JobCast Account

  1. Select BH ConnectJobCast.

  2. Click the name of the account you want to modify.

  3. Make your changes (such as username, password, or permissions).

  4. Click Update.

Delete a JobCast account

  1. Select BH ConnectJobCast.

  2. Click the account you want to remove.

  3. Click Delete to confirm.
