Viewing Candidate Credential Information

Required Features: Credentialing

The Credentialing tab on a candidate's record is your central hub for managing all credential-related information. On the Candidate record navigate to the Credentials tab. Here’s a breakdown of the options available in the Existing Credentials drop-down menu on the right hand side of the tab and how to use them effectively.

Existing Credentials

This option lists all the credentials that have been added to the candidate’s record. You can add new credentials using the "Add" drop-down menu. These are all the credentials that can be used for Job and Placement requirements. They can be used for Dynamic Matching for future job openings and placements.

Candidate Credential Requirements

These requirements are assigned directly to a candidate’s record through the "Add" drop-down menu. This feature allows you to track what credentials are needed for a candidate, ensuring they meet specific criteria. Note that this is an optional feature and candidates can still be added and remain in Bullhorn without meeting these requirements.

Job Submission Credential Requirements

This section displays all internal job submissions where the candidate has specific credential requirements. You can view, edit, and assign the candidate’s credentials to meet the necessary requirements for these submissions.

Placement Credential Requirements

Here, you can see all placements that have specific credential requirements that must be met for the candidate to qualify for the role. These requirements are typically added via the Credentials tab on the Placement records. Use this tab to edit, view, and assign the candidate’s credentials to ensure they meet the necessary requirements for each placement.

Credential File Attachments

All files related to candidate credentials are stored here once uploaded. This makes it easy to manage and access the necessary documentation. For more detailed guidance, see the article on Managing Candidate Credential Files.
