When selecting an automation type, there are two options: Standard and Center on Date Field. The Standard option means that the list(s) alone will control who enter the automation. The Center on Date Field option, in addition to list criteria, controls entrt based on a relative date.

The Compliance Manager Dashboard is a centralized location for storing, tracking, and sharing candidate credential information. This feature streamlines the credentialing process that allows Credentialing Specialists to keep track of the requirements needed for candidates to start a placement and quickly identify areas of non-compliance in a single area of the ATS.

The Credential Overview Card is available on the Placement and Candidate overview tab. Using the information on this card, recruiters, compliance managers, and credentialing specialists can swiftly determine whether the necessary credentials have been obtained for a placement. The Credential Overview Card consists of a Progress Bar and Status Buttons. Progress Bar: Uses a calculation of the total number of required credentials for the Placement and the count of Candidate credentials in a status (defined by the credentialStatusSettings PLA) to display a visual representation of the credentialing progress. Status Buttons: Shows a visual count of credentials for each defined status group.

Credentials that are commonly used together and can grouped to place multiple credential requirements at a single time. If configured, these can be added to Company records and flow down to associated Jobs and Placements.

The Credential Requirement list is a the centralized location to view all Credential Requirements in the database, regardless of status, that are tied to Candidates and Placements.

Bullhorn Automation has six entities that can be utilized for Automations, List, and Engagements. They are: Candidates, Sales Contacts, Leads, Submissions, Placements, and Jobs.

Placement Requirements are Placement Credentials that are required for a job or placement. If configured, these can be added to Company records and flow down to associated Jobs and Placements.

Re-Entry Settings allow you to control how frequently a contact can enter the automation.

Bullhorn Automation leverages AI to match up jobs and candidates. It evaluates the similarity between job postings and candidates by analyzing factors such as Title, Location, Specialities, etc.

This feature allows you to stagger the start of your campaigns over several days. Instead of sending all your emails at once, they will be evenly distributed over the selected number of days.
