Using the Credential Overview Card

The Credential Overview CardClosed is available on the Placement and Candidate Overview tab. Using the information on this card, recruiters, compliance managers, and credentialing specialists can quickly determine whether the necessary credentials have been obtained for a Placement.

In order to utilize the CredentialClosed Overview Card, Credentialing v2 must be enabled. To have Credentialing v2 enabled, Contact Bullhorn Support.

Once enabled, Admin users need to setup the card by following the steps in Customizing the Credential Overview Card.

Steps

The Credential Overview Card becomes available once the statuses and the CredentialStatusSettings system setting are configured. Add the Credential Overview Card to the Placement Overview tab under Layout.

  1. Open the Placement record.
  2. Select Layout in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Check the box next to Candidate Credential Requirement Overview.
  4. The Candidate Credential Requirement Overview card can now be viewed on the Placement record’s Overview tab.
    • Once the card is added to the Overview tab, you will see a banner at the top of the card explaining how the card works. Click OK, GOT IT to dismiss the message. This message will not be presented again after the message is dismissed unless you clear the browser cache.

Progress Meter

The Progress Meter on the card shows how close a Placement is to meeting the Placement Credential Requirements. There is a requirement count and a percentage of completion above the progress meter. The statuses align directly to the buckets. The Expired bucket, indicated in red, does not include required credentials that will be expiring within the next 30 days.

Colors and statuses are configured in the credentialStatusSettings system setting.

Status Buttons

The Status Buttons shows the count of credentials as they fall into specific status groups. Hovering over a button provides an information message about which statuses are part of the status group. Status Buttons are configured in the credentialStatusSettings system setting.

Clicking on a Status Button takes you to the Credentials tab. The Credentials list automatically filters to show the credentials in statuses that are part of the selected Status Group.
