How It Works

  1. A Consent Request Email is sent to a Candidate from Bullhorn for Salesforce, either manually or automatically. This creates a Task on the Contact record.
  2. The email contains a link to a public page for the Candidate to view. On this page the Candidate provides or declines consent to collect their data.
  3. The response is sent back to Bullhorn for Salesforce which triggers creation of a Candidate Consent record.
  4. The Candidate Consent record tracks the consent type, time of request, date of reply, status, and response given.
  5. Consent Requests and Responses are tracked on the Consent Tab (DashboardClosed Use the dashboard to track membership growth, login trends, and members’ post and comment activity in Chatter. and List Views).
