GDPR
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a comprehensive data protection law enacted by the European Union (EU) that went into effect on May 25, 2018. It was designed to strengthen individuals' privacy rights and give EU residents more control over how their personal data is collected, processed, and stored. GDPR applies to organizations operating within the EU, as well as companies
outside the EU that handle the personal data of EU citizens.
