Resume Manager: New "Refresh Resume" Button (Regenerate HTML Preview On Demand)

When PDF resumes are parsed through the middleware HTML conversion service, they occasionally render incorrectly in the Resume Manager interface, showing bullet points failing to render, distorted tables, or garbled text. The issue originates in the middleware HTML conversion step and is non-deterministic — the same resume often converts cleanly on a second attempt. Users can now click Refresh in Resume Manager to trigger an on-demand re-conversion request to the middleware services, without requiring a full re-upload.

The button is available out of the box on the following interfaces:

• Resume Manager — Visualforce page (ResumeManager5.page)

• Resume Manager — Lightning Component (RMLC / Aura: SMGL_ResumeManager)

• Resume Viewer — Lightning Web Component (LWC: bhResumePreview used in CDV)

 

Resume Overflow Management: New "Automated Contact Documents Cleanup" Feature

The new Automated Contact Documents Cleanup feature gives BHRC administrators a configurable rule engine for automatically deleting stale Contact Document records. It replaces the manual process of identifying and removing outdated resume versions, ensuring that recruiters always surface the most current candidate documents.
