Troubleshoot
If users report issues when using the Document Editor, make sure those user's profiles have these permissions enabled:

If users report issues when using the Template Formatter, make sure that:
- All affected user's profiles have the permissions listed above.
- Check that the affected user has access to all Contact record fields referenced in the template as merge fields (Navigate to Profile > Field Level Security > Contact to make adjustments to the read and edit access to those fields).
