Troubleshoot Resume Manager

If users report issues when using the Document Editor, make sure those user's profiles have these permissions enabled:

  Read Create Edit Delete
Document Sessions
Push Topics
TemplateClosed In Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud, this mainly refers to email templates

If users report issues when using the Template Formatter, make sure that:

  • All affected user's profiles have the permissions listed above.
  • Check that the affected user has access to all Contact record fields referenced in the template as merge fields (Navigate to Profile > Field Level Security > Contact to make adjustments to the read and edit access to those fields).
