USAM Match Search
If a Match search is performed, the Resume search record will be saved automatically. The search record name will have the following format:
- [Job A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement. creation Date] + Job Name
- The [Job creation Date] is displayed in the format DD/MM/YY.
All previous Resume search records with the same name and Created By and Last Modified By this user will be deleted.

Job Match Action
All searches linked to the same job (Match action from the Job) will have the same list of Favorites/Exclusions. This means:
- If a candidate A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. is removed from Favorites/Exclusions, they will be immediately removed from all searches linked to the same Job.
- If a candidate is added to Favorites/Exclusions, they will be added to any previously saved searches when this search will be opened.
- Also, it will be displayed in the Favorites/Exclusions list if a new Match is performed.
