Configure USAM Search & Match Tab Custom Metadata Type

The Search and Match Tab Configuration Custom Metadata Type configures tabs, sortable fields, and table columns.

To view these fields, navigate to:

  • Setup > Custom metadata types > Search & Match Tab Configuration Custom Metadata Type > Manage Records

Field

Description

Favorites Tab

Indicates in which tab Favorites are displayed.

Exclusions Tab

Indicates in which tab Exclusions are displayed.

Tab X: Filter Field

An APIClosed API, or Application Programming Interface, is used by customers to create custom career portals or to take advantage of Data Mirror/DataMart. Bullhorn prefers to use REST API. name of the Contact field that is used to identify records that will be displayed in the tab. Ignored for Favorites and Exclusions.

Tab X: Filter Value

If the value of the field (specified by Tab X: Filter Field) on a Contact record matches this value, the record will be displayed in the tab.

This does not apply to Favorites and Exclusions.

Tab X: Icon URL

A URL to an image that will be displayed as the tab icon instead of the default one.

Tab X: Visible

Indicates if the tab is displayed.

Tab X: Label

Labels for USAM Tab Names.

If fields are not populated, the default labels will be used (SM_Tab_CandidateClosed A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider._Name, SM_Tab2_Name, SM_Tab3_Name, SM_Tab4_Name, SM_Tab5_Name, SM_Tab6_Name).

 

A tab field with "X" in the name represents a set of similar fields. For example, "Tab X: Filter Field" actually means "Tab 2: Filter Field", "Tab 3: Filter Field" etc.
