Applications
The Applications tab is accessed by navigating to
in the left side menu. This tab shows the Application Stages that are utilized and the average Time to Complete. It also has a report that can be filtered for a specific time frame that shows which stage applicants are in the workflow.Application Stages
By clicking on the Application Stage the report below will filter to the applications that have completed that stage. The Time to Complete is the average time it takes for an application to complete the application process.
Application Report
The report filters to the Application Stage selected and shows the following information:
- Date Applied
- Applicant (or Candidate or Talent) Customer talent - the person applying or hired for the job
- Location A branch of the Company, which can be customized with a logo and brand colors
- Status
- Actions
The report defaults to the last six months. It can be changed to a different six month timeframe by selecting the Start Date from the Calendar and clicking Apply.
Data will only show if all 5 default stages are being utilized.
