Bullhorn's Web Time Entry (WTE) is an online self-service portal for agency employees to enter their own time for their assignments. See the answers to frequently asked questions about Web Time Entry below.
Where can I view my paystubs?
Paystubs are not accessible through WTE, because Bullhorn does not store any payroll information. To access pay statements, reach out to your agency contact ro recruiter. They will be able to provide you with more information on paystubs.
Where can I update my direct deposit information?
Bullhorn does not store any payroll information. To update your direct deposit information, reach out to your agency contact or recruiter. They will be able to assist you.
When I try to find my assignment, I get a "Sorry, we didn't find any results" message. How can I find my assignment?
This error appears for one of the following reasons:

Your assignment in not in the system yet

Your details don’t match the information on file
Double check the details you entered. If this doesn't yield any results, see Registration Errors for full troubleshooting steps.
Why can't I log into my account?
If you have never used WTE before, you must register first. See our Registration Guide for more information.
If you have logged in before, ensure you're entering your email and password correctly. If you still can't log in you can use the forgot your password? link to reset your password. See Troubleshooting WTE Login Issues for more information.
Why am I getting an error message when trying to enter time?
Errors can be caused by trying to enter time outside of your live assignment dates, overlapping time entries, or notice that your company uses a different time entry system instead of WTE. See Error Messages when Entering Time for full troubleshooting steps.
