2024.03 Highlights

In this month's release, we've introduced the ability to add the Last Contact field to the BH Automation Export for Candidates & Sales Contacts. You can now create automations based on the last time/type of contact with a Client or Candidate.

Desktop

  • Document Actions Errors Resolved: Updates have resolved the errors creating Document actions from the Company, Assignment, and Program records.
  • Grid Filtering Errors Resolved: We've resolved errors when filtering integer columns such as Average score and Package columns in grids.
  • Failure to Launch Follow-Up Tasks Resolved: The Actions Send CV and Interview will now launch properly after you complete your follow-up task created from Actions.
  • Grids Group By Lists Label Issue Resolved: Labels will now display correctly on Desktop grids when grouping on multiple levels.

Web

  • Remove Shortcut Missing Icon Restored: We have restored the Remove shortcut icon in the Web Admin > Groups section.
  • Duplicate Records Break Full Name Modal Resolved: Updates have resolved the errors when creating People and clicking into the Full name window. Before the update, duplicate records could cause errors in specific workflows.

Added Last Contact fields to the BHA Export for Candidates & Sales Contacts.

Enhanced Notes Processor Script

  • BH Automation Notes has optimized data sync to ensure the correct export of Note Action types. Available for Selective Data Sync.
